People magazine reported yesterday Demi Moore announce divorce to Ashton Kutcher.
"It is with great sadness and heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton," says Moore in a statement. "As a woman, mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."
Demi adds: "This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you give to anyone going through a similar situation."
Kutcher tweeted, "I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail."
Wish Demi and Ashton all the love, support and respect needed in times like this.
It's so sad, but sometimes it just isn't meant to be. I hope people aren't too harsh on them, going through this anyway is horrible, but if you are a celeb and everyone knows about it, it's even worse!
