A quick look at any of the many amalgamated personal style websites like Chictopia or Lookbook and it’s hard to not be overwhelmed by all of the outfits on offer. In fact, it’s positively saturated, and sifting through the average to find the extremely good is a time consuming and exhausting task (not to mention, rather depressing for the morale of one’s own sad little wardrobe!). I spend more than enough time trawling said websites and blogs, so I’ve done the hard work for you. So I picked the top eight online ladies that you MUST keep googling for 2012. Some you may have heard of, some may be total newbies to you – either way, they've been a fashpiration all year and we can't wait to see their next sartorial moves...
Atlantic Pacific
This Californian Fashion Merchandiser sums up the new type of fierce – not all tough and harsh – but where wearing killer heels, looking ultra-groomed and buying only the very best are all top priorities. Her look defines luxury.
Stella Katterman of Stella’s Wardrobe
London-based student Stella has so much fun with her wardrobe that we can help but fall in love with each and every outfit. Her signature thick, black eyeliner and blunt fringe only enhance her natty and sometimes nutty little looks. She was recently snapped for Style Hunter’s trip to the Tiffany Ice Rink at Somerset House.
Karla Deras of Karla’s Closet
Just how insanely beautiful is Californian Karla? Her wardrobe is brimming with brilliant designer and vintage finds. She’s nailed a modern femininity we’d love to emulate. This girl has sooo many fabulous dresses – and totally owns that cropped ‘do.
Rosalind Jana of Clothes Camera and Coffee
16 year old student Rosalind basically plays a wonderful game of fancy dress-up and takes dramatic photos using a background of what she describes as her home in ‘the rolling hills of England’. We adore her outfits, but love her write-ups even more!
Aimee Song of Song of Style
Blogger Aimee exudes laidback L.A. coolness with every ankle-booted step she takes. Her swishy hair, a mixture of off-duty labels like Alexander Wang paired up with thrifty pieces and her pitch-perfect accessorising has us hooked.
Ebba Zingmark
Swedish Ebba has quite a following. It’s no wonder when she manages to casual so very well. Her fiery locks are always complimented by gorgeous colour combinations, too.
Severine Cristine of Clothed Chameleon
You may recognise Severine as one of Style Hunters most stylish girls this winter, but we’ve been following this hippy 23 year old jewellery designer for quite some time. She mixes up grunge with a hippy ‘70s Woodstock vibe and we can’t get enough of it. Swoooon.
Annemiek Kessels of Mode D’Amour
No one online does boyish quite like Netherlands fashion student, Annemiek. She’s given baseball caps and sneakers their cool back!
