It's Monday morning which can only mean one thing: it's time to cast our roving eye over who wore what this weekend. From Evan Rachel Wood looking sleek at the Governors Awards last night [above] to Kirsten Dunst and Nicole Richie getting glammed up for the MOCA Gala, we've scoured the top looks to bring you our Best Dressed stars. Have a gander and let us know who gets your vote...
Gwen Stefani launches Harajuku Mini
For the launch of her new childrens clothing line in Los Angeles, Gwen decided to dress as a magic eye picture. How fab! Her form-fitting suit covered in psychedelic zig zags and swirls is from her own label L.A.M.B's Spring / Summer 2012 collection, naturally, and is exactly what she needs to make a grand entrance. As for the intricate necklace, cheeky bra flash and geisha-esque topknot, they send the whole look into crazy town, which only makes it that much more brilliant.
Andrea Riseborough at the Hollywood Style Awards
Meanwhile, Madonna's new muse was back in another princess-worthy ball gown for the Hollywood Style Awards. We're utterly charmed by this girlie confection by Dolce & Gabbana that seamlessly falls in line with her previous premiere looks - lest we forget the frothy Christian Dior stunners she's worn on the 'W.E' tour. Yep, this lady is fast proving herself to be a fashion force to be reckoned with. And what an impressive bouffant she has!
Kirsten Dunst at the MOCA Gala
We can always count on Kirsten Dunst to deploy a touch of quirk and here she is doing exactly that, working her own breed of glamour thanks, once again, to Rodarte. This strapless gown is from the designers' Spring/Summer 2012 catwalk and with those layers of turquoise chiffon trimmed with navy embroidery, it's the perfect match for Kiki-Dee. We're awarding extra points for adding a dash of glamour with those waved blonde locks.
Michelle Williams at the 'My Week With Marilyn' New York premiere
Our beloved Michelle continued her promo duties in NYC this weekend, adding another sartorial winner to her already excellent body of work. She may be playing the sumptuous Marilyn Monroe but we're pleased to see Michelle sticking to what she does best: sporting Erdem's delicate prettiness topped off with that adorable pixie crop.
Dita Von Teese at the MOCA Gala
Back to the MOCA Gala and we find another lady who knows how to keep things interesting, Ms DVT. The burlesque star was dressed to the nines in a daring gown with a lace-up bustier and dramatic train from her long-time pal Jean Paul Gaultier. And no, she's not wearing it backwards (we think).
Evan Rachel Wood at the Governors Awards
Another red carpet flourish came in the form of the Governors Awards which saw Evan Rachel Wood cracking out this Tilda Swinton-like ensemble from Alessandra Rich's Spring / Summer 2012 collection. Yes, the two-tone dress with a gold buckled belt is veeery sophisticated but we find ourselves rather disappointed in light of ERW's androgynous triumphs of late. Bring back the tuxedos!
Nicole Richie at the MOCA Gala
For the cherry on our Best Dressed cake, we give you Nicole Richie who was also at the MOCA Gala. She looked resplendent in a dusty pink gown covered in feathery embellishments from Julien Macdonald's Autumn / Winter 2011 collection, accessorised with Jimmy Choo glitter platforms and a House of Harlow clutch. If this is the sort of gorgeousness we can expect from her QVC line, we're in for a real treat.
But we need your helping hands to cast the Best Dressed vote so have your say below...
